The new Xbox360-game Rainbox Six Vegas has a face mapping feature.

This is the first time I have my avatar in a game. With my long gaming history it's rather peculiar... I never tried making an avatar of me in any game because it was always a bit too difficult. But with this game it's extremely simple.

And it's a very weird feeling seeing yourself in the game world. It's more immersive and feels quite empowering... seeing yourself climbing, rappelling and running around without breaking a sweat.
